Product Description

These hub extenders will basically extend the location of the hub out by the length of the extender itself. These hub extenders can be used on Tornado, Bazooka, and other HSP 1/8 models.

1) By widening the truck (1" per side), the center of gravity of the truck will be lowered. This should significantly improve cornering performance on hard-packed surfaces and overall stability

2) The hub seat, (Where the hub sits in the rim) sits just inside the truck's rim. Most other style rims, the hub seat is almost flush to the outside of the rim. These extenders will allow you to use a road style tire/rim combo that has the hub seat flush to the outside of the rim, preventing any steering or drive linkage interference.

3) With the tires farther out, there will be less dirt and rocks hitting against the truck. This means the truck will not get as dirty inside, the air filter would suck up less dust, lessen risk of dirt getting into other components.

Note: -- for vehicles that use thicker pins than comes with this part, it is best to drill the pin holes in this part a bit larger to fit the existing pins
